By joining the network am I applying for a role with Solution Architects?
The intention of the network is to connect exceptional architecture talent with the organisations that need them. In some circumstances, this may be through Solution Architects. In other circumstances, this may be directly with the organisation depending upon the needs of both the organisation and architect.
Note that you are under no obligation to accept any role we may identify as being a good match for you. You may also choose to not be considered for any employment opportunities.
Are you a recruiter?
Solution Architects’ core business is architecture consulting. We do recruit to fill consulting roles but can also assist clients in identifying talent with very specific skillsets, permanent talent, or talent that may not fit the architecture-as-a-service model. e.g. part-time.
Our intention it to provide members with options that may progress their career. Members are under no obligation to accept. We request the CV for supporting verification and interview processes (if needed), but at no point are any CV’s shared with any client without your prior approval.
Will my membership guarantee me offers of employment?
No, however depending on your membership levels and capability, SA may contact you to offer opportunities to support client and SA’s architecture delivery needs. You’ll be under no obligation to accept any role.
What is the difference between the Associate and Professional memberships?
The professional membership is targeted at experienced architects who may not require mentoring or may already be familiar with some of the course content offered within the SA Academy. Both of which are included with the associate membership at a different price point. Professional memberships still have access to SA Academy courses and mentoring at a discount.
Additionally, Professional membership also provides members the ability to host and monetise courses through the SA Academy.
What is the SA Academy and how will it help me?
The SA Academy is SA’s hub for courses, training, and coaching offerings. SA maintains its architecture quality assurance via the SA Academy. In addition, it is also part of our core capability to underpin the Architecture Practice Support engagements with our clients.
How can I earn as a content or course creator through the SA Academy?
The SA Academy has a growing list of architecture professionals already registered. It is configured for hosting and managing both courses and content, including accepting multiple payment forms.
If you have a proposal for a course or content that matches the goals of the SA Academy, then we will assess your proposal and if accepted we will provide you with instructions on how to build and upload your content. We will also detail how our partner program operates and how we will distribute the proceeds from any sales.
